Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does it take to process my order?
We process all orders within 1 business day of receiving them. Once processed, your order moves to “shipped” status and you’ll get a tracking number.

2. What are the delivery times?

  • Saudi Arabia: 1–3 business days

  • UAE: 1–2 business days

3. How do I track my shipment?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. Simply click the link or enter the number on the courier’s tracking page.

4. Who are your shipping partners?
We work exclusively with trusted local logistics providers throughout the UAE and KSA to ensure fast, reliable, and secure deliveries.

5. Will there be any delays during holidays?
Yes, during peak holiday periods like Eid, you may experience minor delays. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any changes to your delivery timeline.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible at shopwithzain25@gmail.com or via WhatsApp (+92 342 439 9931). We’ll do our best to accommodate changes—cancellations may incur a restocking fee if already processed.

7. What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, reach out to us immediately. We’ll work with our courier partners to locate your package or arrange a replacement/refund.

8. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Currently we process prepaid orders only. Stay tuned—COD may be added based on customer demand.

9. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship only within the UAE and Saudi Arabia to ensure the fastest and most reliable service.
